Discover Xàtiva and Pou Clar, two of the most surprising destinations in the inland area of the province of Valencia, on a perfect day trip that combines history, nature, and crystal-clear waters.
Xàtiva is a historic town dominated by its impressive castle located between two mountain peaks, offering panoramic views over the valley. Thanks to its strategic position in the Sierra del Castell, it played a key defensive role for centuries and was the setting of numerous battles. The city also stands out for its rich cultural heritage, being the birthplace of the powerful Borgia family, one of the most influential dynasties of the European Renaissance.
Pou Clar, on the other hand, is a natural paradise located near Ontinyent, where the Clariano River has formed a series of turquoise natural pools surrounded by nature. This unique setting, with pools such as Pou dels Esclaus and Pou Gelat, is ideal for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying a spectacular natural landscape far from the noise of the city.
A perfect excursion for those looking to combine culture, history, and nature in a single day.
