ARRAEZ WINERY

The origins of this small winery date back to 1916 when a group of winegrowers formed this winery to produce their grape wines. In 1950 Antonio Arráez bought the winery and founded Bodegas Arráez as we know it today. This winery is located in Font de la Figuera in the province of Valencia. The company is now in its third generation and in a new phase of change towards more modern wines without losing its personality. All this is possible thanks to the application of new winemaking techniques and the careful care of our vineyards, together with the long experience and tradition of the family.

ALMANSA

Almansa is a Spanish town and municipality in the province of Albacete, part of the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha. It got its name from the Arabic language, which means “the middle of the road”. The municipality of Almansa borders three major Spanish provinces: Alicante, Valencia and Murcia. One of the main attractions for tourists is the Castle of Almansa, which dates back to the 14th century. Two roads that meet on the Camino de Santiago cross right in Alamansa. From the south comes the Camino de la Lana, and from the east the Camino de Levanet. The Camino de la Lana connects Alicante and Burgos, while the Camino de Levante links Valencia and Zamora.
