It is currently a Festival of Autonomous Tourist Interest and aspires to be a Festival of National Tourist Interest, has bet to be granted such recognition. This festival is celebrated for 11 days, but the best vibe is felt on the weekends where you can see different costumes and music as the protagonist. All activities and experiences are aimed at all age groups. In addition, Carnival queens are named. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit this joyful tradition.

How/Where can I book?

You can book on the website or at our office in Plaza Honduras, 26 from 09:30 to 14:30.

Do I have to book in advance or can I pay on the day of travel?

Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.

What are the cancellation policies?

In case of day trips (same day return)
Up to one week before the excursion 100% refund in the form of money or voucher for other excursions.
Until Thursday (20:00) of the same week of the excursion 100% refund in the form of a travel voucher.
After Thursday, no refund.

In case of a trip of more than one day (Overnight)
Up to 1 month before: 100% refund
Up to 3 weeks: 80% refund
Up to 2 weeks: 50% refund
After 2 weeks: No refund

In case of no-show on the day of travel there is no refund, in case of late arrival at the meeting point there is no refund.

Where does the bus leave from?

Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket by email (please check your spam folder in case you receive the email immediately after booking).
