Yes, you have to book in advance, because we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on the day of the trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.
In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or  due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event

Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragon 31 (Mestalla). After booking you will receive a ticket by email (check your spam folder) with all the details.

Wexcursion has all insurances, of course RC travel insurance in case of excursions in the cities, mountain insurance in case of insurance in the mountains, adventure sports insurance in case of adventure excursions.

Our WE formula (I2WE), where we try to mix people of similar ages and interests.
With our formula, if you come alone (I), you are sure to go home with a new family (WE) and if you come in a group you go home with an even bigger group.

All trips have an experienced coordinator and an assistant who takes care of the logistics and ensures that everyone has an unforgettable experience. Apart from that, 99% of our city tours have an official local guide and mountain tours have a professional mountain guide.

Unfortunately, No. Pets are not allowed on our trips, except for guide dogs (please notify us by email/phone beforehand).

In all excursions we mention minimum age. In case it is mentioned, please write to us and we will inform you. But normally, if it is a city tour without adventure activities, children from 4 years old can travel with their parents under a letter of responsibility, but you have to inform us at least 48 hours before.
