Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.
In case of day trips (same day return)
Up to one week before the excursion 100% refund in the form of money or voucher for other excursions.
Until Thursday (20:00) of the same week of the excursion 100% refund in the form of a travel voucher.
After Thursday, no refund.
In case of a trip of more than one day (Overnight)
Up to 1 month before: 100% refund
Up to 3 weeks: 80% refund
Up to 2 weeks: 50% refund
After 2 weeks: No refund
In case of no-show on the day of travel there is no refund, in case of late arrival at the meeting point there is no refund.
Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket by email (please check your spam folder in case you receive the email immediately after booking).
