Yes, you need to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee availability on the day of the trip.
Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.
In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.
Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.
Normally, our buses depart from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket via email (check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email immediately after booking).
