Agua Buñol

Located in the Hoya de Buñol, you will surely love this circular route. Here you will be able to do sport, a medium-easy route, and relax in natural pools. During this route you will also discover caves, waterfalls, springs and ravines. Some examples are the Cueva de Turche, the Cueva de las Palomas, the river Juanes and the Charco Mañán: a marvel for your eyes.

8:30Departure from Valencia

We will meet at 8:30 at the meeting point, Mestalla Stadium, Avenida Aragón 31 (Google Maps). A little presentation to the group and we leave.

Arrival, coffee break and start of the hike

Top of the mountain and lunch break

Midway on top of the mountain we will take a lunch break and enjoy the beautiful views

End the route, visit village of Buñol, drinks and go home

After the hike we will visit the town of Buñol, have some drinks and after leave for home.

A refreshing hiking

During this route we will admire caves, waterfalls, springs and unique ravines. We will start in the San Luis Park and we will arrive at the Cueva del Turche, a small turquoise lagoon. We will continue our route to the Cueva de las Palomas passing by the Charco Mañán, where we can find some ponds formed by the river. At the end, we will reach an area with natural pools and then we will continue our way to the Mirador Monte La Cruz from where we will be able to enjoy the panorama and a splendid view of Buñol. All these places will enchant you, and you will be able to combine sport with relaxation, since we will bathe in refreshing and crystalline waters.

Should we bring our own food?

Yes, it is recommended to bring your own food because in most of the hiking places it is not possible to buy it.

 

What do I need to hike?

You can consult the section “what to bring” & “hiking description” where it will be clearly mentioned what you need for the excursion. You will also receive an email after the reservation  with detailed information.

Do I need to know how to use a map?

You don’t need to know how to use map, bacause the mountain tours have a professional mountain guide.

How/Where can I book?

You can book on the website or at our office in Plaza Honduras, 26 from 09:30 to 14:30.

Do I have to book in advance or can I pay on the day of travel?

Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.
In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or  due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.

Where does the bus leave from?

Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket by email (please check your spam folder in case you receive the email immediately after booking).
