Itinerary

09:00Departure from Valencia

Meeting at 8:45 (Puntual please) in front of Mestalla and at 9:00 we leave.

11:00Arrival in Montanejos

We arrive around 11:00 and We start our optional activities. Who does not want activity can go to lake to relax.

Next: We will separate groups for different activities. Whoever has chosen Kayak/Rafting goes with the sports company to do their chosen activity. And whoever wants to go hiking comes with us and the rest stay on the river beaches enjoying nature.

After activities: After having finished with the activities, we returned to the lake / River beach where we will bathe, we will have a picnic.

18:00Return to Valencia

Around 18:00 we will return to Valencia.

We will hike 2 different mountains, Means we will go up and down Twice. So a long trek.

Level: Level 2, You need to know how to swim (because you will be with rafitng monitor, so you don’t need to have previous rafting experience)
Time: 3 hours mor or less

Kayak description: In the still water, Level 1. You need to know how to swim.

Optional activities:

Montanejos only: People who only want to enjoy the beaches of the lake and want to get lost in nature.
Hiking (Montanejos + Hiking): We will do a hiking route in the mountains. The hiking route is approximately 9 kms with a medium level. The activity lasts 3 hours.
Kayak (Montanejos + Kayak): Kayak activity in the crystal clear waters with experts (The kayak activity is paid separately to the company). The activity lasts 3 hours.
Rafting (Montanejos + Rafting): For those who love rapids, the Rafting activity of about 3 hours includes a level III class (Rafting activity is paid separately to the company). The activity lasts 3 hours.

We have to be fit to do the hiking route?

You need to be physically fit to do the hiking route.

What is the hiking route difficulty?

You can find all the information of the hiking route in the hiking descrption section above (Distance, diffulty, Map, time etc..).

Should we bring our own food?

Yes, it is recommended to bring your own food because in most of the hiking places it is not possible to buy it.

What do I need to hike?

You can consult the section “what to bring” & “hiking description” where it will be clearly mentioned what you need for the excursion. You will also receive an email after the reservation with detailed information.

Do I need to know how to use a map?

You don’t need to know how to use map, bacause the mountain tours have a professional mountain guide.

How/Where can I book?

You can book on the website or at our office in Plaza Honduras, 26 from 09:30 to 14:30.

Do I have to book in advance or can I pay on the day of travel?

Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.
In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.

Where does the bus leave from?

Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket by email (please check your spam folder in case you receive the email immediately after booking).

Is food, entrance fee, etc. included?
