Leaving Valencia

Check the time in your reservation and please arrive 10 minutes before the departure.

Arrival to Motilla (Saffron festival)

09:30 – Harvesting, peeling, and toasting of saffron flowers
10:30 – Esparto workshop
11:00 – Workshops (related to saffron)
11:30 – Ceramics workshop
12:00 – Wine tasting, Bodegas Moratalla
12:30 – Concert by the group Her Itage
14:00 – Lunch: Magro con tomate and dessert (popular prices)

Leaving for Cuenca14:30

Cancellation Policy

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.

In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.

How/Where can I book?

You can book on the website or at our office in Plaza Honduras, 26 from 09:30 to 14:30.

Do I have to book in advance or can I pay on the day of travel?

Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.

What are the cancellation policies?

In case of day trips (same day return):

Up to one week before the excursion 100% refund in the form of money or voucher for other excursions.
Until Thursday (20:00) of the same week of the excursion 100% refund in the form of a travel voucher.
After Thursday, no refund.

In case of a trip of more than one day (Overnight)

Up to 1 month before: 100% refund
Up to 3 weeks: 80% refund
Up to 2 weeks: 50% refund
After 2 weeks: No refund

In case of no-show on the day of travel there is no refund, in case of late arrival at the meeting point there is no refund.

Where does the bus leave from?

Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket by email (please check your spam folder in case you receive the email immediately after booking).
