info@wexcursion.comThe most recognized route of the Vall d’Uixo – Alto de Rodena and Pipa. From 500 meters above sea level, you will enjoy a combination of panoramic views of the coast and the Sierra Espadán Park. Imagine the incredible views of the Sierra de Espadán valley on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other.
The Alto de Pipa route is one of the most popular in the Vall d’Uixó and the Hiking is done along a circular path PR-CV 241 that is flanked throughout the route by typical flora. We pass picturesque places such as Font de Garrut and when we reach the top we will enjoy incredible views and of course our lunch. After having enjoyed the food and the views, we will go down to Vall d’Uixo where we will have a drink before leaving for Valencia.
The San José underground river, with a length of 2.5 km, is considered the longest navigable underground river in Europe. The caves, are sometimes called “the heart of the Earth”. If you want to visit it you can do it at 10:00.

Meet at 8:45am at Av. Aragón 31 in front of Mestalla.
We arrive, take a short break for a drink and start the route.
We will have a stop in the middle for lunch.
At the end of the route we go for a drink before departure.
We meet at the bus to go back to Valencia.
HIKE ALTO DEL RODENO Y DE PIPA
The route of the ascent to the Alto de Pipa (589 m) is very popular in the Vall d’Uixó. It is a nice circular route with great compensations from the top of Pipa. You will be totally immersed into nature all along the route.
It is advisable to take plenty of water with you because it is not available along the route. For this reason, the route is not usually done during the summer.
