Cartagena is one of the oldest port cities in the Mediterranean, with more than 2,000 years of history. Originally founded as Carthago Nova, it became a key city for both the Carthaginians and Romans, leaving an outstanding archaeological legacy.

The remarkable Roman Theatre, one of the most important in Spain, is today one of the city’s main highlights. Its natural harbour, considered one of the safest in the Mediterranean, has played a strategic role throughout history.

The historic centre combines ancient ruins with elegant modernist architecture, such as the Palacio Consistorial. From the Castillo de la Concepción, visitors can enjoy panoramic views over the harbour and the city, completing a rich cultural experience by the sea.

How/Where can I book?

You can book on the website or at our office in Plaza Honduras, 26 from 09:30 to 14:30.

Do I have to book in advance or can I pay on the day of travel?

Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.

What are the cancellation policies?

The cancellation & refund policy is as following:

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.

From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.

Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.

In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.

Where does the bus leave from?

Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket by email (please check your spam folder in case you receive the email immediately after booking).
